24 Hour Account Information
Get information on account balances of your checking, savings, certificate of
deposit, or loan account, checks and deposits that have posted since your last
statement or request a transfer of funds between your accounts. This is
available by calling 1.800.291.3521. Or verify checks written to you
24-hours a day with our merchant verification line.
Input the check number and amount, and we will tell you if
the funds are available. Call our accounting
department to set up.

Account Statements
Provided there has been account activity, including the credit of interest, we
will send you a statement reflecting all the activity of your account and
showing the amount of earnings. Business accounts receive statements at
month end for easier balancing.
Automatic Payment Plans
Be certain your loan payment is paid on time each month by setting up your loan payment to come directly from your checking account.
We can also setup your safe deposit box annual rent or your utility bills such as Columbia Gas
or Kentucky
Utilities.
Automatic Savings Plans
Save money without having to come to the bank.
Automatically transfer $5, $10 or more from your checking account to a savings, Christmas
Club, or even an Individual Retirement Account. Just tell us how much you would like to transfer and how often.

Night Deposit
Make deposits after business hours with our night deposit.
Simply complete your deposit slip, put your transaction in your night deposit
bag, drop it off at our night deposit and pickup the next morning or workday
with your receipt. You are provided with your first night deposit bag free
when opening the account. Additional bags are available for a fee. Available at each Citizens Guaranty
Bank location.
Treasury Tax & Loan
Payments
Pay your tax payment to the
IRS at any Citizens Guaranty Bank location. We will forward them on to the
IRS for you. There are different cutoff times for each branch. See
your branch for more details. Or have your Treasury, Tax & Loan
payment come directly from your checking account electronically on the date it
is due. This is a new service provided by the IRS. For more
information, see any Customer Service Representative or call the Internal
Revenue Service at 1.800.829.1040 and ask about their new electronic Federal Tax
Payment System.
