method that allows you to log in to a web site and retrieve your
statement. You will receive email notification when your statement is
available.

E-Statements, print and complete the E-Statement Consent and
Agreement Form and mail or drop by any Citizens Guaranty Bank
location. You must have Adobe Reader to access
E-statement Consent and Agreement Form. If you do not have Adobe Reader, a free copy can be
