A nationwide mailing of lottery
notification letters with counterfeit cashiers checks drawn on United
States financial institutions are in circulation. Citizens Guaranty Bank
is one such financial institution. Most of these bogus mailings have a
Canadian postage stamp and/or stamped www.canadapost.ca.
The scam is to get you to cash or deposit
the check. Then you will be asked to send funds from the check to someone
else by money gram usually for processing fees or tax purposes in order to
collect your winnings. You will not be able to recover this when the
financial institution returns the counterfeit check back to the bank of
first deposit. You will be responsible for the check.
Citizens Guaranty Bank counterfeit
cashiers checks range in different dollar amounts usually $985.26; $3,850.25;
$4,200.00; $4,280.00; $4,590.00; $4,700.00, etc. The checks are green to
blue colored with some being a dark red color or a light tan color or a
blue color.
Different remitter names of : The Lending
Tree, The Lendind Tree, Country Wide, Jim Powers, Marvin Claypoole, Edward
Fitzgerald
Some counterfeit checks do not show
a remitter name.

these checks and we are not part of any lottery company.
