At Citizens Guaranty Bank, as we continue to monitor the evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our top priority remains the health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities in which we serve.  We are extremely grateful for our partnerships with each of you. 

As the COVID-19 crisis continues, we know that we are in unprecedented times. The way we live, how we work and how customers interact with businesses is rapidly evolving. We know this amount of change and fluidity can bring uncertainty. Please know, we are in this together with you.

Citizens Guaranty Bank has a strong business continuity program and our pandemic plan was created for times like this to ensure all business services continue without disruption.  To ensure our employees maintain their health and safety to serve you, we have made the decision for some of our operations personnel to work from home.  Our business essential employees will be working on a rotational basis. 

Beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020, customers can continue to perform drive-thru transactions at our River Drive, Irvine; Merchant Drive, Richmond, Berea and London locations as well as through the bank’s 24/7 night depository, 24/7 online banking, 24/7 mobile banking, 24/7 telephone banking as well as setting up face-to-face appointments for loans, new accounts or access to safe deposit boxes. 

Our West Irvine and East Main, Richmond locations will be temporarily closed to allow our staff to be in the rotation at our other locations.  Our Berea and London locations hours will also be modified to 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday.  Saturday hours at all open locations will remain the same.  (refer to the bank’s website for a complete listing at www.MyCGB.com)
